No time for Gym? In just 30 minutes a day, you can reduce your growing belly. Let’s find out how!

Gaining belly fat and losing body shape has become a common problem for people around the world. Whether it's men or women, everyone is dealing with this issue. To get rid of it, people try many things like going to the gym, running, or walking regularly etc etc. 

Some even drastically reduce their food intake, which can lead to nutritional deficiencies and other health problems. While going to the gym, running, and walking are definitely healthy habits and we won't deny their benefits. But not everyone can afford gym fees or find time for running or long walks.

So for those people, we are sharing two simple exercises that require just 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week, and can be done easily at home.

Exercise 1: Crunches

Most of you already know how to do Crunches. But if you're not sure, you can simply search on Google or YouTube to find proper tutorials on how to perform them correctly. Believe me, this is one of the most effective exercises for reducing belly fat.

• You only need to do it for 15 minutes a day.

• Aim for 7–8 sets daily.

• In each set, do as many reps as your body comfortably allows but don’t force it.

Gradually, you’ll improve. For example, if you can only do 5 reps in the first set today, you’ll likely be able to do 7–8 reps in a week. There's no need to rush. Do only as much as your body permits.Take 1 minute rest between each set. Don’t do them continuously. If you’re unsure, consult a gym expert who can guide you on how to do it correctly at home.


Exercise 2: Skipping




We don’t need to explain how to skip.  Most of us have done it at some point in our life.But if you want to lose belly fat in less time, skipping is a 100% effective exercise.

• Start with 5–6 sets a day.

• Do as many skips as your body comfortably allows in each set.

• Gradually increase the count over time.

• Again, don’t rush.


You can buy a jump rope from any sports store and start easily at home.

Both crunches and skipping apply direct pressure to belly fat, helping you lose it faster.


What if You Do Only One?

Even if you do just one of these exercises for 30 minutes a day, you can definitely reduce belly fat over time.


Diet Advice:- 

We’re not asking you to stop eating your favorite foods or follow a strict diet plan. That is your personal decision, or you may consult a doctor or dietitian for that.

However, we do recommend:- 

• Reduce spicy, oily, and junk food.

• Minimize sugar and sweets.

• Drink enough water daily.

Important Note:

Some people suffer from medical conditions that cause them to gain weight continuously. In such cases, no amount of diet or exercise will help, because the root cause is internal (hormonal or metabolic). For such people, we do not recommend trying these exercises on their own. They must consult a doctor first and follow professional medical advice.
